Gaia Hesthøj

Gaia Hesthøj is sold

Presentation

Gaia Hesthøj is a mare born in 2022 and sold as a foal to become a future riding horse and broodmare for a Danish-American rider in Pennsylvania, USA.

Gaia Hesthøj has a very pretty head, a well-shaped and well-set neck, and a correct foundation. All three gaits are rhythmical with good action. She is also incredibly brave and quick to learn, and it takes a lot to unsettle her. She is a completely reliable horse with good gaits.

We are very excited to follow her in her new future in the USA.

She is sired by Total McLaren, with Revolution as the dam's sire and Florencio in the third generation. She is the second offspring of our mare Digitalis Hesthøj (born 2017), who is approved in RDH.

Gaia Hesthøj is the full sister to First McLaren Hesthøj.

The granddam is the elite mare Flora Danica ERDH, sired by Florencio. Flora Danica is also the dam of the mare Hortensia, who competes in S-dressage with a Finnish young rider. Hortensia is the dam of Filligran (by Fürstenball), who won the Youngster Cup in 2021 and debuted in Intermediare at the CDI event during the DV stallion grading in 2022, where he placed.

The same dam line includes several Grand Prix horses.

FFS: N/N – not a carrier.
