Floréal Hesthøj is a noble, harmonious, and exceptionally expressive gelding born in 2021. He has a beautiful front and a strong topline, with a good and correct foundation. His movements are forward, rhythmical, with good propulsion and very good hock action.

Floréal Hesthøj is a gelding with a lot of confidence. He is also brave, cooperative, and very quick to learn. Floréal will not be a very large horse but will suit a slender rider excellently. In January 2025 he stands a 163 cm.

Floréal Hesthøj started his training as a dressage horse with Emma Ahlberg at the end of January 2025, and has shown great rideability. Right now Floréal Hesthøj is at home at the stud farm to have a short break, because he can do what you would expect from a 4-year-old dressage horse and is growing a little again. In addition, it is healthy for a young horse to have a short break to get some peace of mind and see his friends. 

He is sired by the world champion for 7-year-old dressage horses, D’Avie, with Florencio as the dam's sire. His dam is the elite mare Flora Danica ERDH, who is also the dam of the mare Hortensia, competing in S-dressage with a Finnish young rider. Hortensia is the dam of Filligran (by Fürstenball), who won the Youngster Cup in 2021 and debuted in Intermediare at the CDI event during the DV stallion grading in 2022, where he placed.

The same dam line includes several Grand Prix horses. 

Floréal Hesthøj's full sister, Edelweiss Hesthøj, is graded RDH.
